Programs are personalized, and details are discussed in person during a free consultation. SMS Messaging Terms 1. Program description: Aspirations Fitness Institution sends text messages to people who opt in through our website contact form. Messages include responses to your inquiry, free consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates and, if you separately opt in to marketing, information about training programs, events and open consultation times. 2.
